My training methods focus on real life movement patterns. The emphasis is on gaining greater control over your own body by focusing heavily on bodyweight exercises. A background in competitive sports; including Athletics (100m sprinting for England) Rugby, American football & Tennis, provides a comprehensive training style, adapted from a variety of different disciplines.
Workouts will burn fat, build lean muscle mass and improve stamina/endurance. But they will also improve mobility & control over your body, as well as developing agility/hand-eye coordination. We will work on unlocking the full range of human movement potential. We were not destined to be sat at a desk all day!!
