YOGA & Fitness
Days start with sunrise sessions of either yoga or fitness and consist of:
- HIIT sessions & beach workouts
- Strength training & functional workouts
- Movement and mobility sessions
- Fun circuits, partner & team workouts/games
- Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and restorative yoga
- Pranayama & breath-work, guided meditation & yoga nidra
What to expect from our menus, which are exclusively designed by our resident chefs:
- Balanced, healthy and nutritious meals
- Meals hosted in a family-style environment
