Group & Individual Fitness Activities
Fitness isn't just about going to the gym and at our retreats, fitness plays a very important part.
At move with us retreats, we aim to educate you in each of the different elements of fitness. We will assist you in discovering new ways to stay healthy that suit both you and your lifestyle. We run our group fitness activities at our retreat holidays in the sunshine or the snow. We can also offer individual training, as well as the group exercise sessions. Our aim is for you to experience an array of challenging yet fun fitness sessions and hopefully try some things you haven't done before, whilst meeting new people.
The fitness activities at our retreats cater to all levels of experience, from total beginners to those thrill seekers and fitness fanatics who already train at home - so don't worry if you haven't done anything before! There is a relaxed, fun approach to everything we offer at our yoga & fitness retreats - it's YOUR retreat experience, so take part in the things you want to.
You'll be with lots of new people, so use it as an opportunity to make new friends too.

Experience Yoga | Move With Us Retreats
Whether in the sunshine, or in the snow, our yoga sessions at our retreats in Marrakech, Italy, Ibiza and more, will combine a range of yoga styles that are creative, fun and dynamic.
The yoga sessions on offer, aim to teach you more about the art of yoga and of course are suitable for all levels of experience. Working at your own pace, without pressure or expectation, we want you to learn new poses and enjoy every element of your retreat experience.
